Intellectual Property Policy
This Intellectual Property Policy ("Policy") governs the use of intellectual property rights on Translationsland ("Platform"), a service provided by Ekaterina Markova. The Platform is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users to do the same. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Ownership of Content
1.1. All content created or submitted by users on the Platform remains the property of the respective authors or right holders unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

3.1. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed on the Platform, you may file a complaint by providing the following information:
Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property that has been infringed.
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to locate it on the Platform.
A statement by the complainant affirming their good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.
Contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email.
A signature (physical or electronic) of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or intellectual property.
4. Response to Complaints
4.1. Upon receipt of a valid infringement claim, the Platform will:
Investigate the complaint promptly.
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Notify the user who uploaded the material and provide an opportunity to respond.
5. Repeat Infringement Policy
5.1. Users found to repeatedly infringe on intellectual property rights will have their accounts terminated.
6. User Responsibility
6.1. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the materials they submit comply with this Policy.
6.2. The Platform reserves the right to remove any content that it deems to be in violation of this Policy or applicable law.
7. Modifications to the Policy
7.1. The Platform reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Users will be notified of material changes and are encouraged to review the Policy periodically.
8. Use of Technologies for Content Creation
8.1. Image Generation: All images displayed on the platform are created using DALL-E and Midjourney technologies. These technologies are owned by their respective developers and are used in compliance with their licensing agreements.
8.2. Video Generation: All videos are created using Sora and Runway technologies, which are licensed for use by our platform.
8.3. Text Generation: Most of the text content on the platform is generated using ChatGPT technology. This technology is owned by OpenAI and used in accordance with its licensing policy.
8.4. Translationsland is committed to providing clear and transparent information about the technologies used for content generation and ensuring compliance with applicable intellectual property regulations.
9. Data Collection and Analytics
9.1. The Platform uses Google Analytics to collect, process, and analyze website usage data. This data collection is subject to Google’s terms and privacy policy.
9.2. Users agree to the collection of anonymized data for analytics purposes to improve the Platform’s performance and services.

10. Governing Law
10.1. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia.
